the breakfast was absolutely terrible, mostly eggs, I expected a buffet fit for royalty. also, it was shocking to see the staff's lack of engagement – hardly a warm welcome, and the pool water was colder than ice. I thought I'd at least get an upgrade as a courtesy but was totally ignored. I just couldn’t leave a good review.

Great experience overall! The Beautiful Triple Room was spacious enough for my family, and we all slept comfortably. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff went above and beyond to. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of champagne and candies for my daughter's birthday. 😊

I had the pleasure of staying in a Superior Double Room, and the space was very nice! The upper-floor view of the city's skyline was amazing. The room featured a comfortable bed and a good small terrace where I enjoyed coffee. The indoor pool on the 14th floor provided an amazing backdrop of mountain views while I relaxed.
